Project Title: Improving Consent Process for Pregnant Mothers at Risk of Preterm Delivery
Project Description: We are developing short videos to help educate mothers about the complications associated with prematurity. We are looking for help with script preparation, filming, and pre- and post- assessments, as well as manuscript preparation if time permits.
Institution and Location: Texas Children’s Hospital.

Expectations of student:
- The student must devote 10 hours per week to the project (consistent with a 3-credit course) and will develop a timeline of activities in collaboration with supervisor(s). The student will meet at least monthly with the faculty supervisor(s) to evaluate progress.
Prerequisite training: None
Knowledge and skills student can expect to gain:
- Knowledge of complications of prematurity
- Development of survey instruments
- Educational video development
- Manuscript preparation
